چکیده
Objective. To evaluate the possibilities of transmural endoscopic drainage in treatment postnecrotic pancreatic pseudocysts immediate and long-term periods.
Materials methods. From 2018 to 2022, a method was used 36 patients with at Perm Regional Clinical Hospital. The results were evaluated postoperative period, 47 months before removal stent 14 years by complaints patients, blood amylase content, ultrasound CT examination abdominal cavity.
Results. Two-three days after intervention, cyst completely disappeared 30.56 % decreased half or more diameter 63.89 only 5.56 slightly. After years, absence cysts registered 80 %, small (from 15 24 mm) 10 %. Pancreatic persisted three (10 %). Statistical analysis showed that wider main duct higher level drainage, poorer result.
Conclusions. Transmural makes it possible achieve complete disappearance significant reduction size year intervention 90 cases. clinical result depended on initial width amylase.

Endosonography-assisted transmural endoscopic drainage of pancreatic pseudocysts: a single center experience.
BACKGROUND/AIMS Management of pancreatic pseudocysts can be challenging. Endosonography-guided drainage of the pseudocysts is an important treatment modality. In this study, we evaluated the results of endosonography-guided transmural endoscopic drainage of these lesions. MATERIALS AND METHODS We performed drainage of the pancreatic pseudocysts through the stomach or duodenum using a linear e...
متن کاملPancreatic Pseudocysts Transpapillary and Transmural Drainage
BACKGROUND Pancreatic pseudocyst endoscopic drainage has been described as a good treatment option, with morbidity and mortality rates that are lower than surgery. The aim of our study is to describe the efficacy of different forms of endoscopic drainage and estimate pseudocyst recurrence rate after short follow up period. PATIENTS AND METHODS We studied 30 patients with pancreatic pseudocyst...
متن کاملEndoscopic-ultrasound-guided endoscopic transmural drainage of pancreatic pseudocysts and abscesses.
OBJECTIVE Surgery is the traditional treatment for symptomatic pancreatic pseudocysts and abscesses, but morbidity and mortality are still too high. Minimally invasive approaches have been encouraged. The aim of this study was to evaluate the results of the endoscopic-ultrasound-guided (EUS) endoscopic transmural drainage of these pancreatic collections. MATERIAL AND METHODS In this retrospec...
متن کاملEndoscopic Transmural Drainage of Pancreatic Pseudocysts: Technical Challenges in the Resource Poor Setting
Although surgical drainage of pancreatic pseudocysts has been superseded by less invasive options, the requirement for specialized equipment, technical expertise, and consumables limits the options available in low resource settings. We describe the challenges experienced during endoscopic transmural drainage in a low resource setting and the methods used to overcome these barriers. Despite ope...
متن کاملEndoscopic Drainage of Pseudocysts
During the last decade, great progress has been made in minimally invasive endoscopic techniques. For pancreatic pseudocysts (PPCs), endoscopic drainage has become the first-line therapeutic option. Recent advances in therapeutic endoscopic ultrasound (EUS)-related techniques have focused on EUS-guided transmural drainage, which is now replacing the conventional endoscopy-guided transmural drai...
